Can you play the games completely offline without any

I bought my father a PS5 for Christmas and I wanted to make sure he can still play GTA V online from his ps4 disc, and Ultra Street Fighter 4 online. He's had his eye on the PS5 since launch and I wanted to surprise him, and I want the transition to be as seamless as possible. Thank you all in advance!

UPDATE-After an hour and a half of being on the phone with Sony, I’m still stuck with this issue. They had no clue what to do and were guessing it was a license issue. Digital PS4 games are working fine but physical discs won’t let me play online. Basically they said I have to contact the devs for the games and ask them instead.
Update 2- looks like games with cross play may be working okay as I was able to connect and play hunt showdown online
Just to clarify, I’ve been popping in my PS4 copies of both BLAZBLUE cross tag battle and samurai Shodown, letting them copy and update, yet they both tell me either failed to connect or please connect to psn. I’m in a party chat with friends and confirmed I can play other ps5 games online, but it absolutely won’t let me play these games. Am I missing something?

Just want to throw this hidden gem out there. This game just released on xbox, ps4, and steam. If you have money to spend definitely worth the grab. Story based games for PS4 that you can play online with a friend

My friend and I have been keeping in touch during quarantine by playing video games together on ps4. We played "A Way Out" and liked it, even though its a bit ridiculous. We then tried "Dying Light" which neither of us could really get that into. We are now playing Far Cry 5 together and its been pretty fun. What other games can 2 friends on PS4 play together online that you all have liked? We like open-world RPGs, but they don't' necessarily have to be open-world RPGs. We are not really into games like Call of Duty or fortnight. Thanks for the suggestions!

I've bought a FIFA20 using account [FIFA_20] Using that account I've installed the game on two different PS4: [PS4_1] and [PS4_2] On the [PS4_1] I've set the account [FIFA_20] as Primary, so I can play it using my [PERSONAL_ACCOUNT] On the [PS4_2] my friend just plays it using the account [FIFA_20]
In this way, both me and my friend can play Fifa 20 at the same time.
Yesterday we have tried to access to the online features (we both have PSN+) in order to play a simple VS game but after accepting his (or my) invitation one of the account (mine or his) was disconnected.
Is there a way to fix this? To me, it should be possible to play the same game (using different accounts, PRIMARY and OWNER) together. Why it does not work? :(
